If there is one act that is waiting to explode in the
Nigerian music industry, it is Xcel Precious Joe Egbuleze, artistically known
as XPJoe.

“Seleku”, a feel good dancehall song with good lyrical
content, is currently enjoying airplay and trending online on blogs while its
video will soon hit various urban music channels nationwide.
XPJoe, signed to Moonlight Records, went into music
since his childhood days as a member of his local church choir. As a young
choir boy he was an outstanding lead singer in his church.
The decision to take his passion to professional
height came years later when he joined Mega Beat Studios where he learnt music
production.
He later joined X-Zone Studio in 2012 as a
professional beat-maker. Not satisfied with the feats achieved as a producer
with many beats made for some famous Nigerian artistes like Faze, Slow Dogg,
LNG, Jeffy J, and U Games to mention a few, he decided to follow his heart by
going all out to songwriting and singing.
“Music is what I had wanted to do since my childhood
days. I believe every artiste is different from the other either by voice,
stage craft and composition. I have come to deliver those elements and I can
assure my fans I will not disappoint them. They should just watch out for me in
the industry,” XPJoe said.
XPJoe, 23, hails from Isiala Mbano LGA, Imo State. He
is being managed by Francis Azubuike, former producer of HipTV and CEO,
Crispcam Communications.
