When Actor Femi Jacobs 'Weds' Bayray McNwizu

Femi 'Weds' Bayray
Nah nah nah! Not what you are thinking. The two fantastic actors fit each other very well but it was Akin Shuga, the leader of Shuga Band fame that caused a pseudo-holy matrimony ceremony between popular actress, Bayray Mcnwizu and fast rising actor, Femi Jacobs.

Shuga, that has been described by many in the society and entertainment circle as king of gigs, brought that appellation to bear during the recent shoot video for his new single, Married Today. The son of late Justice Tofowomo had brought some celebrities together at The Social Place in Victoria Island, Lagos.

A-list comedian, Tee-A was the compere for the night. MC Abbey, Princess and a host of other celebrities also star in the video which was shot by Filmboys, the directors behind Waje’s No Be You.

Just as the Social Place provided the venue and decor, Bonix provided drinks, Astoria provided the food, Bobo’s Clothing provided Grooms costume, Abeke Makeovers did the bride’s make-up, Red 14 provided security, Soundpro provided the sound, Zapphaire provided ushers while EJ Treasures provided the cake.
Wedding vendors at the shoot
Shuga, speaking on the expansive wedding setting for the video, said he needs to drive home the theme of the song. "Despite the very danceable beat and feel of the song, Married Today is still a wedding song. A song that talks about marriage from the starting-point of wedding so it will not be doing the song any form of justice if the video isn’t about proper wedding," he said.

He added that a lot of energy, goodwill and resources were expended to create the wedding atmosphere and the icing on the cake was getting two proper actors who can act to play the role of groom and bride.

Married Today is a new classic-like feel good wedding song that has gained huge popularity within a short time. It was produced by K-Solo.

Solange Knowles to Marry This Weekend

Will Solange Knowles be wearing white this weekend?

Kim Kardashian Bares Her Booty for Paper Magazine

We've seen a lot of Kim Kardashian's booty over the past several years, but never before like this. The reality star bares a lot — well, all — of skin on her hide for the December issue of Paper magazine, with a mandate to "break the Internet." We're pretty sure that mission will be accomplished.
A second, slightly less cheeky cover features Kim in a black gown balancing a champagne glass on her famous derriere. That one is a recreation of Jean-Paul Goude’s famous "Champange Incident" photo.

The photos, both shot by famed photographer Goude, have already raised a red flag for the Photoshop police. Indeed, the reality mogul's waist looks unnaturally trim and her rear end impossibly large by comparison. Though Kardashian has been spending a lot of time waist training lately, we doubt the results would be this dramatic.
Regardless of the controversy, Kim seemed excited to share the cover on Twitter today.
"And they say I didn't have a talent...try balancing a champagne glass on your ass LOL #BreakTheInternet #PaperMagazine," she wrote.

HUGH HEFNER SENT SON AWAY DURING WILD PARTIES AT PLAYBOY MANSION

Hugh Hefner may be an iconic womanizer, and his home at the Playboy Mansion a symbol of debauchery, but to Hugh’s son Cooper he was just an average dad growing up in a normal — albeit gigantic — home.
Hugh Hefner
This week, 23-year-old Cooper spoke out on what it was like to grow up with Hugh Hefner as a dad. Cooper took Business Insider on a tour of the Playboy Mansion, showing what it looked like through the eyes of a curious child.
Cooper acknowledge that most people associate the Playboy Mansion with the wild and decidedly adult parties that took place there, but said when he was growing up, he looked at it as an average house. The famous pool Grotto, which is reportedly home to many drug and alcohol-fueled orgies, had a much different meaning to Cooper.
As a child, Cooper said he imagined the Grotto as some kind of Indiana Jones-style fantasy land, where he could play during the daytime hours and imagine himself and adventurer.
Hugh Hefner went to lengths to keep his kids away from the more adult side of the Playboy Mansion, Cooper added.
“We were kept away from the parties while we were growing up when we were younger,” he said. “Like any other 13, 14, 15-year-old if you’re upstairs and your parents are having a Christmas party you’re going to sneak down and try to figure out why you aren’t allowed at the party.”
Despite his reputation as a hound for the ladies, Hugh Hefner actually keeps in contact with many of those close to him. After former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson ran into some very public trouble in her marriage to Hank Baskett, Hugh reportedly let Kendra know that she is welcome at the Playboy Mansion at any time — and that he’s there for her if she needs anything.

OYEDEPO STOPPED FROM OPENING SCHOOL IN UK

Human rights campaigners and the National Secular Society are urging the United Kingdom government to turn down a request by Bishop David Oyedepo’s church, Winners’ Chapel International, accused of linking poor discipline to witchcraft, to open an independent school in Kent.

According to the BBC, Winners’ Chapel International, which is currently under investigation by the Charity Commission, wants to open the school at its Dartford site.
“The church, whose leader Bishop David Oyedpo was filmed accusing a woman of being a witch, declined an interview,” reports BBC.
The organisation, which has its headquarters in Nigeria, is known as Living Faith Church Worldwide and also Winners’ Chapel International (WCI).
Bishop Oyedepo, its leader in Nigeria, has been shown on YouTube slapping a woman and accusing her of being a witch.

His son David Oyedepo Junior is the pastor at WCI’s European headquarters in Dartford, where the church organisation wants to open Kingdom Heritage Model School for children aged four to seven.
But groups including the National Secular Society (NSS) have raised concerns amid claims the church links child “disobedience” to witchcraft – citing the David Oyedepo Ministries website, which states “disobedience is as terrible as witchcraft”.
Stephen Evans, from the NSS, told BBC that the Metropolitan Police had investigated 27 cases of child abuse related to witchcraft this year.
He said: “There’s a need to be vigilant and there’s a need to tackle this.
“You don’t do this by allowing organisations that believe in witchcraft and are associated with witch-hunting to open in the UK.”
The Charity Commission confirmed concerns raised about Winners’ Chapel International included conflicts of interest and the charity’s financial MANAGEMENT.
In 2011, Bishop Oyedepo’s fortune was estimated at $150m (£94m).
Human rights activist and Nigerian Humanist Movement founder Leo Igwe said the church obtained MONEY from its members using what it called a prosperity-in-gospel narrative.
He said: “They make this MONEY using this narrative and then they use it to establish business, universities, schools.”
The Evangelical Alliance, which represents the UK’s evangelical Christians, said both church and school should be supported.
Spokesman Yemi Adedeji said: “The context of what happens in Nigeria and what happens here is very different.”
“Most parents want their children to go to a faith-based school because of moral issues and I think we must salute that.”
The Department for Education (DfE) said it had received an application and was aware of concerns.
A spokeswoman said: “All independent schools must meet stringent standards before they are registered. These include tough rules on welfare and safeguarding.
“Police intelligence and criminal record checks are also carried out on the proprietor of the school, and any links to organisations which suggest the school might not meet the standards are investigated.”
